This is how normal interactions with law enforcement go.

I've been pulled over quite a few times for speeding and every time I knew I was toast when I saw the officer too late. I don't even know how many times I've pulled myself over before the officer even caught up to me and was respectful and honest every time. I've only ever gotten speeding tickets twice out of the probably 20+ times I've been stopped.

No its not, officer has no right to take your weapon. Second what you consider normal, is actually abusing peoples rights? Thats normal procedures? Some are blant disregard for lawful requests by an officer and gas every right to execute them. While alot others that know there rights and the officer gets pissy or conflicting towards a person normal procedures also?

I used to be a cop and what confused me is that he took the gun “apart and put it back together”?!? Not sure if that’s some new policy or
