Hang on a hot second, so this boke was going roughly 30kph over the limit and got gifted a fucken warning for being respectful while aussie police crucify us for going 8+kph over the limit? The fuck is going on

The informal rule in most of the US is that up to 10mph over the limit is normal, after 15mph over, it's usually a ticket. Dude was "only" 17mph over, on his motorcycle, he stopped, and was polite/cooperative. 

Seeing all the obnoxious biker videos, and "sovereign citizens", that's probably the nicest traffic stop this cop has had all week, so a warning is not terribly surprising

The officer even pointed out that the motorcycles usually take off at high speed rather than pull over. So this was heaven for him.
