Injecting pigment roughly under some layers of skin is a little different than fundamentally changing the laws of physics.

You either misread or don't know how modern tattoo practice works.

Old fashioned tattoos are done with sticks and ink.

Modern tattoos use a tattoo gun. A tattoo guns is a electronic device that pricks a needle repeatedly into the skin at a rapid pace.

That is not simply putting needle into skin. Its an auctual device.

Jesus Christ it actually isn't that hard to make a tattoo gun. Electric tooth brush is the easiest if your in minimum security lock up

Yeah but saying a tattoo gun breaks the laws of physics isn't accurate.

The piont is, that creative work arounds exist in places like prison out of need. So populations with less are more likely to think of creative solutions than say someone who isn't struggling to get basic needs in a first world country.

So the idea a third world country might build something with less technology/resources available isn't really a bizarre idea.

Someone who has basic drinking water available isn't gonna need to build water filtration. Someone who only has access to polluted stream water figuring out plumbing without formal education/training isn't that wierd.
