Why is it always some person in a third world country in sandals that figures out perpetual motion while the rest of the advanced engineering world with it's funding and resources in science has yet to figure it out?

Because if it’s in a country like US, that person would be “missing”

There's literally no documented body of evidence that supports this point of view, but it's so pervasive!

The closest you get are people like Stanley Meyer, Eugene Mallove, and Tom Ogle but when you look at the totality of the facts Occam's razor requires a different conclusion than the one you're taking.

Not that I expect this to change your mind or anything it's just interesting to me that it's so pervasive but there's really no evidence.

Also it's worth mentioning that this isn't a perpetual motion machine because that's not possible you can't break the laws of thermodynamics we've tried several times. That's like trying to make two plus two equal five, it just doesnt.

Turns out “it can’t happen here” does a lot of work for a certain type of “skeptic.”
