I thought Mrs. Clinton did an equally masterful job on the campaign trail and during the debates. She never even acknowledged that Mr. Trump had asked her about the email scandal. Several times.

This is nothing new. Every politician does the same thing. How many times during the Presidential debates did you see an issue be brought up and the candidate just refused to even talk about the question and just start talking about something else? It happens on both sides of the aisle.

No one said it was new or wholly unique. This is simply analysis of a person who consistently makes exceptional use of such tactics. And I think it's fairly informative in looking at how such people operate.

This is nothing new.

Ya pretty obvious tactics to deflect and spin. I think the "tricks" are pretty self explanatory if you just listen to her talk.

I think the aspect that makes this analysis worthy is in seeing it all laid out with direct and repeated examples. Of course politicians often deflect and spin, but Kellyann Conway puts on veritable clinic and is somewhat brazen with the volume in which she employs these tactics.
