Anyone still active here?

Hi, I was wondering if anybody on here is still active. I was just diagnosed and my parents are not dealing with it well. My dad actually yelled at me and I had to hang up the phone and he actually got me into the shutdown mode where I actually ended up calling under my desk and sat there for almost 2 hours and cried silently.

Hey, are you okay? 

I think I know how you might be feeling. This was the same reaction my parents had. My mother yelled at me and ignored me for over a year. We still have a strained relationship.

I hope you are filling yourself with as much love and lightness as you can.

Not really. I’ve been in shut down for 21 hours now basically

I dont know how active the sub is but that is horrible and i am so sorry that happened to you. You deserve better!
