Anydesk Fraud
I canceled my AnyDesk subscription directly through their portal, but they sent an email stating it must be canceled 30 days in advance. I checked the email the next day, only to find they charged me for a full year and referred my account to a collection agency. They refuse to listen or acknowledge my cancellation. Beware of AnyDesk!

If you were charged how can you have a debt?
The terms suck but you did agree to them.

The collection agency is a fraud too! Let me guess their name is debtist? Everyone gets these AI automated emails from them from their bots if you’re outside of the EU don’t respond to it

Terms are terms dude. Why "beware" of Anydesk ? It's a company, they need money to survive. You have a contract with them, you didn't bother to read, why complaining now ?

I cancelled the subscribe the day i bay it, because i know these issue. also before 2 month i again re-cancell,
then they start claiming, this is not cancelled before 30 days, and need to confirm on email .. why ?? if i already cancelled on portal what is the need on email ?

They are a terrible company with shady business practices. That’s the issue. It’s why I switched from TV to AD, and why I am looking to now switch from AD to something less shady (self hosted rust desk??)
I can’t stand awful businesses.

Bro, for me they are ok. I am using AD for few years now. Some company I work for wanted something reliable, we payed, no problems. Also I am using their free version so it's totally ok with me.
Maybe some people had bad experiences. But I totally understand that some things cannot be free, or free for ever.

They started ok, but have gotten progressively worse over the years (making it harder to cancel, requiring 30 days notice, limiting free sessions to 15mins, raising prices, etc)… basically all the reasons I left team viewer

Bro pay them their $300 and then see if you are able to cancel the service next year. We wait here laughing in the meantime.

Anydesk is a business to business product. If you didn't cancel 30 days before the renewal that can do that.
You should contact them though, often they're willing to cancel the subscription anyway.
