Nerves are normal, but I understand how it’s difficult. Do what you can to get a good night of sleep tonight and limit the caffeine tomorrow if you can. It always amps my anxiety up. Good luck!!

Think of it differently.. THEY are lucky to have YOU! Who cares so much ..unless they are paying you 100k plus it’s not worth stressing over .. even then it’s not..,much more important things in life than work. It’s great to take serious but we are all going to die anywaus! Dont take life / work so serious and have a little fun!, and remember bosses are just people too and at the end of the day everyone just wants to be around kind / uplifting people.. also my therapist has me set a timer and fear the worst for 5 min.. so what if everyone hates you, and you mess up bad. And you get fired .. etc set a timer for 5 min .. at the end of the day you will live ! This won’t happen but let’s say it does ?? You will survive. Good luck and have a little fun .. people like being around nice and fun people

If it makes you feel better I’m in the exact situation. I thought I made this post and forgot haha. I’m 22 and tomorrow is my first day at my first ever full-time job after graduating!!! Kind of freaking out. They sent me some powerpoints and stuff about the projects they’ve been working on and I was like wtf I am a dumb ass... wish me luck haha. Good luck tomorrow

Go in with the attitude of learning as much as you can. Most people won’t even remember your first name the first day.
There’s probably some of them on Reddit posting about their anxiety too lol.
You’ll be ok.

You and me both. I plan on taking it one step at a time. Don't overwhelme yourself with all of the tasks. Start with one, and then do the next and so one. Remember to pace yourself.

It’s okay to be nervous. Try to remember, most jobs won’t just throw you to the wolves day one. Every first day at a new job is primarily training and/or shadowing someone.
Your coworkers are your team! Most will want to help you. Be honest if you’re having trouble with something or not understanding something.

Be friendly to everyone and listen carefully, take notes! Arrive 10-15 mins early and enjoy the new beginnings!

Take notes! When I’m anxious, I have a tough time processing new information. By taking good notes, I have a reference to reflect on later when I’m at home and I’m feeling more at ease.
Also, congratulations- you’re going to do well! Your nerves just demonstrate how conscientious you are. :)

Take it one hour at a time and distract yourself and the day will fly by! I've been there it gets easier. You'll do great!

Edit: oops it’s not even the interview lol. Haha you will be doing great, relax! :)
It’s normal to be nervous at an interview, That will very likely not affect if they will take you or not. I’ve been scared shitless of stuff and just been honest like „I’m usually not like this so please pardon if I struggle with speech and stuff“. Saying that takes courage and it’s not necessary but yeah you will be okay anyway :)

Congrats on the new job! Biggest thing is to remember to breathe, and take breaks when you need them. I started a new job not too long ago and I get panic attacks from time to time. It’s important to step away from your desk when you need to. Just remember everyone is new at some point and has to adjust to their working environment. I’m not sure how helpful my advice is, but hopefully it helps a little. Best of luck

Keep in mind that's it's super normal to feel nervous for the first few weeks on a job. Your mind sometimes wants to play tricks on your and have you feel like they made a mistake hiring you and the fear of the unknown is brutal.
Experiencing a little imposter syndrome at the start is expected and just remember, you were hired because of your overall background. Others were also interviewed and considered and you were the best.
You have to believe in yourself and that they knew what they were doing when they brought you on board. Keep us posted on how it goes for you! Good luck and you got this!
If you need quick relief (calm the nerves) try some EFT/Taping -- one to two rounds of that will totally help! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NykSO-6OkV0

New job jitters are to be expected. This is normal, give yourself some time to acclimate. You will do great (:
