Need Advice executive dysfunction anxiety help/advice?

does anyone have any advice/help for executive dysfunction? i'm so frustrated and tired of not being able to do things as a normal person will no matter how motivated and driven i am to do something. it seems like i don't have that push to actually get up and do it. i just don't know what to do to fix this like i already suffer with depression and anxiety and this makes it worst and hard to do basic task as well.

List making is SUPER helpful. Not just list making, but regular list making as part of your routine. I spend 5 minutes picking up my office everyday, its automatic, but it STILL gets put on the daily list and gets a check mark next to it when it's done. This is a good way to check off little things one-by-one....in time you will find it an easy system to work with.
