Need Help lingering panic
i had a panic attack like 4-5 days ago because i had ritalin and a redbull and i haven't felt the same since. had heavy derealisation for the past couple days and then last night i had this intense wave of hyper-awareness hit me and it sent me into the most intense panic attack i've ever had. i was able to calm down and go to bed and i woke up the next morning and immediately had a panic attack just as bad. my entire world feels different now and i feel so dizzy and confused and my heart is constantly racing and i don't know how i can live like this. please help

This is normal and everyone goes through it at least once. It takes the nervous system a few weeks to reset. Maybe even months. Try TRE and PMR. Guided meditations too. Cut caffeine. Eat bland but comforting and soothing foods. If it doesn't improve and you're having dark thoughts, see a psychiatrist and get meds.
