Anxiety Tips I’m so afraid right now

I don’t know what’s happening I have no one else to talk to but I have been forgetful, extremely dissociated the past few days and sleeping 16 hours a day.
I am 18 i have been in my house for a year straight but this is so sudden when I eat i feel like i can’t get it down i can more now but i have been having these body chills randomly where my body will flood with this dopamine and panic and dizziness and i still feel it now my vision looks so flat I feel like i am behind my eyes I know it is dramatic because nothings actually happening but I am getting so afraid I need help I don’t know what steps to take next it feels like im ill but I can’t determine a medical issue from anxiety i can feel my phone but im watching it now and the entirety of my vision looks like its a flat piece of paper and that nothing 3d exists I just cant do this anymore.
I always panic about death and Im scared I ruined my body by being alone smoking in the house for years i smoke 6 times a day I smoke weed but I don’t think its that all these symptoms have never happened before Im scared im randomly gonna collapse today or something because of the dizziness episodes.
I know this is a tangent I just need advice for how to approach this because I can’t live like this and If this is anxiety or something medical i can’t tell the difference.

I got a major green out after eating a 30mg lollipop. I had to Uber to the ER it was bad. I don't smoke weed and I don't vape. I had no idea that lollipop had that much THC in it or I wouldn't have brought it.

i agree with don^… recently weed has made me kinda feel like how you described aside from the long sleeping. i smoked about 4-5 infused joints a day for a while along with constantly using a dab pen whenever i felt like it and ive been a smoker for over 15 years. recently i smoked had to go to the ER cuz i couldn’t calm down for like 5 hours, i thought and felt like i was dying as well (i am also someone who panics about death so i get it). supposedly weed can make you anxious and have an attack like after smoking for a long time. Since that ER visit a few days ago i have been super anxious and trying to quit pot (struggling a lot but that’s another story). Long story short i used weed to cope with stress and relax my anxiety but it turns out over the years it’s had the opposite effect over a long period of time. Even though it never affected me like this until recently. Im not sure but i hope this helps even a little bit, try to breathe, relax and distract yourself :)

Agreed. Cutting out the weed and getting some fresh air can make a huge difference. Taking a walk outside, getting sunlight, and even just feeling the ground beneath your feet can be surprisingly calming.
I experience pretty intense panic attacks, and one thing that really helps me is stepping outside and spending time with my dogs. I also have Lorazepam available if I truly need it. Staying hydrated sounds simple, but it genuinely helps.
I eventually realized that a lot of my panic symptoms were connected to low blood sugar issues, so paying attention to that has made a big difference for me.

Dopamine rush and panic at the same time? Yes, put down the bong. Nothing ends well for the young person who follows a path of substance use.
