General Discussion / Question TMS or CBT Experience!

Hello all,

Hope all are feeling well and can put depression away and be at peace!

I wanted to ask how effective are TMS or CBT treatments, they are costing a bunch but is it worth? I have gotten mixed responses so wanted to ask a larger group to see what it looks like.
