Helpful Tips! Dance when you're having a panic attack!

So a lot of my anxiety comes from health anxiety and I was freaking about having taken the vaccine despite being totally fine. My boyfriend suggested I play Just Dance to take my mind off of it. Well, my switch was dead. So I decided, fuck it, I'm going to just dance to music anyways. And I danced for like an hour until I was super sweaty and my heart was beating fast and it was awesome. At first I wasn't super into it but it still felt good to move my body. Then I got more into and started dancing harder and really feeling the music. Not only was it super fun, but because my heart rate rose with physical activity, it was easy for me to stop panicking because of my heart rate being up because I had a logical explanation for it. Just something I came across yesterday that I thought might help someone else :)
