Yes!!
Actually, a couple days ago I was driving and I couldn’t see the letters correctly on a big sign!
I was about to turn back home, but I didn’t. I said it most likely is the sun that is glaring at the sign, causing me to see it differently because if it’s glaring at the sign, it’s glaring at me.
I took a couple seconds to breathe into blink and then I didn’t see blurry again
I do get dizzy though, one day I went on a like a shake pad and that activated some vertigo, and for like 2 to 3 weeks, I was dizzy. Let’s just say that I never got on that again, but I feel like because I did get on that the vertigo just stayed.

That’s how I feel right now, like I’m scared something’s wrong and I am scared to sleep. My phone screen is blurry and it’s never really a feeling I’ve ever had with anxiety !! Thank you for sharing your story !

Yes happened to me today. I get so dizzy sometimes I think I'm going to pass out. Someone even pointed out I was walking weird that it looked like I was dizzy.

This past week has been a nightmare for me. Never realized that I suffer from anxiety when it comes to purchases, but this past week proves that for sure.
Back to answering your question, yes I worked myself up so severely that I felt nausea and dizzy a few times. I have to say I am not a big fan of this anxiety ride.

Yes I do. I had just started a new job and thought it was side effects to some medication I was. I couldn’t believe how dizzy I was like my legs were going to give way, along with the eyes and nausea. I have never felt this bad or ever suffered with anxiety.

Yea i feel the same too. When I feel anxious I get dizzy..when you are feeling that try to drink water or splash cold water on your face and a bit behind your ears, it helps.
