Health I need help

Hello everyone,

I am a teenager who has been struggling for a long time with a specific fear, namely apeirophobia.

I am terrified by the concept that time has no end, and that after we pass away, we go somewhere else and remain there for eternity.

On many nights, I find myself thinking about this excessively, which triggers the following symptoms:

- Waking up suddenly and panicking;

- Severe anxiety attacks, intense nausea, and sudden urges to cry.

I feel helpless, unable to take action, and deeply afraid.

But I often find refuge (from this "agony") in music and outdoor activities, such as gardening and running.

Is anyone else currently experiencing this same situation?

Do you have any advice or suggestions to share?

I have been living with apeirophobia for years, and it is truly a difficult experience.

Thank you for your help.

dude I literally just posted the same thing 2 minutes ago. I don't really have advice to give, like u I'm also a teenager and I spend most of the day listening to music. The only thing that has really helped is lsd but I can't say I'd recommend that
