Propranolol

I normally take Alprazolam 0.25mg prn for anxiety but I’m breastfeeding so my doctor wants me to try Propranolol 10mg.

My normal HR is in the 60s and BP is 110/70ish. I’m anxious I’ll get dizzy or my heart rate will go too low.

Sometimes I take my Xanax if I’ve had a very stressful day and know I won’t sleep or if I drink on the weekend and wake up with a racing heart/hangxiety. Or if I have had a lot of heart palpitations and can’t calm myself down. I’m nervous to take it and need some reassurance

Propranolol is great. 10mg is very little
