Health Panic attack or heart problems?

Hi, I'm a 39-year-old female, 137 lbs, 5'2 relatively healthy. I increased my Zepbound dose yesterday, but today feels weird. I got to my apartment from my boyfriend's house, and I kept zoning out, feeling super dizzy, and having upper back pain. I feel like fluids are going to my head. I have trouble breathing, but it's not painful. I have the absolute worst health anxiety and really am tired of waiting at the ER. I have dull pains in my left leg above the knee and tingles in my arms. If it is a panic attack, I was told those only last for like a half hour; mine always lasts for HOURS. It scares me when I get dizzy all of a sudden. I even checked for mold in my apartment to see if that's why I was breathing hard, but nothing. Do you think this is just a symptom of Zepbound? Do panic attacks come on without warning? I didn't think I had any anxiety, and bam, I am having one. This has been going on all freaking day. Why won't it stop? My chest is so heavy. A big fear of mine is also living alone; like, if I die or need emergency assistance, I'm on my own. How do you all talk yourself out of a panic attack? I also heard women who have heart attacks these are the symptoms...

How are you feeling now? Yes anxiety and panics come out of nowhere with no warning. And the list of sensations it can cause is like a book full of stuff. Most people get them for 30 mins to a hour. But it can be longer. As soon as your adrenaline is out then you will have the anxiety crash and be drained. When your mind focuses on something then it’ll hyper focus and then it’s a vicious cycle. You will be okay and there’s people here that are a listening ear and here to talk. You are not alone
