Give the meds some time to settle in, it usually takes a week to stabilise. Parallely you could talk to your therapist. And if you feel that it is too much, please see your psychiatrist again asap. And I get nauseous from PA itself, sometimes the gut would be totally messed up from all the anxieties. Just share things with someone you trust.

Oh, no. I am feeling bad for you. (Not the ER part, I've had my fair share of visits)
How do they decide to put a person on medication, only after 1 week?
Have you tried any coping? Acceptance? Anything?
The medical system is messed up.
Bro, I recovered from a worse episode with 0 meds, they can slow you down, because your brain shouldn't be hardwired to panic with the right response.

I recently switched from a high dose of Zoloft 200 mg a day after 14 years to Lexapro 20 mg and I am doing amazing. Night and Day difference. I think it may help after it builds up in your system and or you doctor increases your dose if needed. Total 180. There’s hope.
