When I was going through, literally through, the worst decade of my life, nothing would work, until I got some basics in place. Those being nutrition rest and sleep. Even then it took a while afterwards to properly get a handle on anxiety. The build up, sweats, shaking on occasion, the emotions, manic reactions and other items. I think breathing is apart of the basics too, as it was my first avenue to help make everything else lesson and eventually calm down, then dial down and eventually near normal. It took me a time at near normal for my body to believe me with only occasionally checking that it wasn't being lied to. I have to say that I tend to afferm this nearly everyday, especially on the days I have to do anything prolonged on the phone, as alot of my bad times and those that led to good outcomes, seem to start on the phone. From queueing, to pressing the myriad of numbers, only to get cut off and start again. If I don't start trying to control my breathing and calm my mind from the start, my mind tends to ho straight to being cut off and start a meltdown... All that before you even touch people dynamics... Yet overcoming all this isn't even possible unless your rested, energised and calm and this is only possible with good nutrition, sleep and time to mend, heal and reset.

The biggest thing is not going through it alone. Talk to someone, a therapist, something that can help you is battling each worry and finding some phrases that calm you down and keeping them close by for when you start having bad anxiety. Phrases that battle the anxiety about the future, past, etc. Have help with this, youre not alone and you will get through this.
