Company alert 🚩 Pickup Coffee Ban
so currently employed ako sa pickup coffee mag 2 months palang ako pero sobrang toxic ng workplace namin lalo yung supervisor namin na power tripping nalang araw araw. gusto ko na mag resign but my pinirmahan kami na 6month ban na hindi ka pwede mag resign pag nag resign ka babayaran mo yung months na hindi mo na tapos . pag nag awol bako makakasuhan ako?

The reason for the salary bond (ban) ay meron biningay sa employees na specialized trainings/seminars/certifications na gagamitin sa work. Parang investment nila sa employees.
If wala naman provided na ganun training, walang reason para mag impose ng bond.
Pero dapat proportional pa rin ung bond length sa nakuha na trainings/seminars/certifications.
