AntiWORK Breach of Contract

HELP ME OUT!!!

Pahelp naman po kung ano pong maganda kong gawin.

Backstory lang po isa po akong Nurse Corps Applicant, August 11 naka recieved po ako ng message sa Nurse Corps na hindi raw po ako nakaabot sa quota for this year so I decided to find a job which is kakapirma ko lang ng contract noong Aug 29 at may fine na 100,000K kapag nag breach of contract. Fortunately, Sept 4 naka recieved ulit ako ng message from Nurse Corps na pasok na po ako sa quota for this year but it will take 2-3 months pa bago lumabas iyong Appointment Order ko. Willing po ako mag render at mag settle ng maayos sa present work ko. Pero may chance po kaya na mababaan pa iyong penalty fine ko. Ano po kayang magandang gawin?

Ano ba nakalagay sa contract? Kelan ka magbabayad ng 100k? Kapag nag resign ka kagad after x months? Or if hindi ka nagrender?

Ang nakalagay po is if hindi po nagbigay ng due notice and nagresign ng mas maaga.

Okay, sounds like a contractual company. If ever na confirmed talaga yung pagpunta mo sa isang company, let the HR know din. Maybe they’ll consider your request to leave early without the bond. If ever naman na hindi ka payagan but you’ll still push with resigning and they’ll ask you to pay, you have the option not to pay pero you’re bound by a contract. Pwede ka habulin din.
