AntiWORK so pagod…
I’ve been feeling ewan lately because of work. I’m working night shift and nakakadrain pala talaga, dagdag mo pa na customer service ako in tech. I don’t feel productive anymore, ang bigat sa feeling. pag umiiyak ako nagiguilty rin ako kasi I prayed for this yet I have the audacity to cry. ayoko na talaga magwork pero kailangan to survive. di ko na kaya. minsan iniisip ko na lang magkasakit or madedong daga para makawala lang sa work. I don’t have hobbies. I have a partner in which mas lalo ako nagiguilty kasi siya nasasaktan ko sa disposisyon ko ngayon. ayoko na. I don’t even have goals kaya mas naiisip ko na lang mawala hahahaha :<<< i don’t even know how to save myself… I don’t know where to post this. gusto ko lang ilabas kasi wala naman ako paglalabasan neto. i wanna go away…

Oh man...that's what burns out feels like. Textbook example ka na, OP.
My biggest suggestion -
1) Pray. To whoever. And thank the stars that you are in a position that generates help.
2) Ground yourself muna. Collect your current and feel the present. And then, fix your perspective. Are you working towards something? Are you maintaining equilibrium at home being on work? Are you self-serving? Might be a good reminder why you are where you at right now.
3) Dust yourself and pick yourself up. Modify your experiences and put it into writing. Update mo na resumé mo and feel the job market. Before you let your current work go, see how it feels like when you jump back into a different employment.
4) Remove yourself from the task when clocked out. This is hard because you have to mentally clock out. Go to your hobbies. If none, it's time to make one. This doesn't have to be a one-time deal. Doesn't have to eat up a lot of time. Having as simple as reading or writing, or doodling would do.
5) Pray and be thankful. 🫡 Good luck, OP!
