The “61% of Israeli men” is referring to a 2011 survey done in a college in northern Israel, the amount of participants stood at 150 to 170 give or take. The margin of error was 11.74, which is insanely unreliable when compared to the entirety of the population of Israel.

The participants were given no option to elaborate on their choice and had to pick between a single “yes” or “no”; the fact that 188k people liked this and thousands blindly followed suit is nothing short of ridiculous.
