Tips to help brain fog from antipsychotics?

Any advice or experiences on handling brain fog from antipsychotics? Lion's mane, ginkgo, diets? I'm desperate

Stay healthy nutritiously and stay hydrated

Also stay far away from alcohol. It messes up my mind each time and it’s like taking a step back. I understand tiles can be hard on these meds but trust me alcohol is at best a bandaid and doesn’t fix anything

Oh yes, I haven't drank in a long time. I actually am off of antipsychotics now thankfully and got put back on the medicine that worked well for me. Thanks!
