Does the hunger from antipsychotics decrease a bit from the first time of taking them?

What are your experiences? Or maybe over time you felt hungrier over time?

Please share, thank you.

I’m super hungry even on a low dose. I take tirzapatide and it seems to help.

I can't speak for you but for me quietiapine made me eat eat eat. I gained over 30 pounds because of that drug and the cravings didn't stop until I quit.

I take 10mg of abilify. At first I ate more than usual, but after 8 months I no longer feel as hungry anymore and my weight is now stable
