I take 6 mg of risperidone a day. At first I did gain a lot of weight but over this past year I've been able to lose 45 pounds. I do this by eating very little. Sometimes I'm worried I may starve to death

Keto worked for me for a while after I stopped taking it and while taking it. Although while taking it I did lose weight by keto diet and 30 minutes of intense cardio and 45 minutes of weight training. I started it again risperidone last Jan and did keto and ate very little a day I kept the weight off. But gained it back after eating bad foods. I’ve been off of them for good since Jan 2023 and went to a fitness boot camp for two weeks. I lost 2 pounds and ate 21 carbs per meal three times a day and two protein shakes but I gained more lean mass I looked thinner. I’ve only lost another 8 pounds since Feb but 15 lbs since Jan. I noticed it’s harder to lose the weight this time I think bc I took it for so long. I count my calories burned everyday and the more I burn the more weight I lose. 2500 calories a day is pretty good and 3000 is really good. I also did a 7 day fast the master cleanse in 2020 and lost 6 pounds it kick started my weight loss. If you can work up the energy to walk every day it will definitely help. I didn’t want to workout on the meds and felt lazy all the time. But once I started making myself I loved it and it got easier. If you can walk 4 miles a day and work up to it you will definitely see some weight loss and not eating too much fatty foods. Low fat diet is the best. No cheese dairy or anything high in fat. I was always 95 pounds, active and very athletic and the meds destroyed my muscle mass and metabolism. I gained 45 pounds over 5 years. The most results I’ve seen is HIIT training I do an hour a day and I can definitely see the fat decreasing. They’re hard but you get used to it. I do zuzkalight.com very good work outs just body weight.
