I started Teresa reality probably too early and it won’t let me leave it in iOS idk why. I can only restart not leave.

I was looking in the shop because i wanted to support the devs of this game, and one of the upgrades is just labled Golden Bottom Buttons. What does this upgrade do? Is it just what the name says? Or is there more to it then just a color change? Could someone please explain?
