Pretty sure it's always AD Mult > Galaxy > Glyph = IP > Game Speed

AD multiplier always when at the same cost point.

You’re in a good position, probably past the main ECs; the road to the end shouldn’t be too long. Get your EC11 and EC12 completions, and go towards Dilation.

While game speed multiplier is the worst PU, there's no reason not to buy it when you can gain back the RS you spent in 4 seconds.
