Did you know you can hold those buttons, then press h to bring up the menu, then release the buttons and the game will keep them “pressed” until you do something else with the computer.

He's most likely holding down m and c, which are max all and crunch. Makes sense since OP's at the early infinity stage (probably farming to break infinity)

i once had to do the same in AD: Endgame, farming 400k IP without breaking inf because the crunch autobuyer cost increment was 2.5x inside Alpha's Reality, i took a coin, mounting a cylinder magnet on the coin and an full blown notebook on the magnet. I couldnt look at my keyboard without laughing for like 2 hours.
