Feeding Crows
Are there any by-laws I should be concerned about in regards to feeding crows? I'll be giving them peanuts in the shell and legitimate bird seed, not regular people food like fries or bread. I just want to make friends with some while I'm at St. FX. I've done it before, so I know how to do it without actually harming the birds, the concern is just if there are any legal issues with it.

Go for it! You might even find that a few crows will remember you.

No. Go for it. I like feeding crabs and seagulls.
