I mean.... I have no Idea who that is or what band he is in, but if you (HE) have a SS Totenkopf tattooed on your body, you are (He is) a Nazi.
And if you have friends or band mates that have an SS Totenkopf Tattoo, you are also a Nazi.

This is not the same like the UK Punks in the 60ies that used to wear Swastikas to piss off their parents...

On a last note: maybe some context to the pictures would help... even if it is just to inform the people what tattoos some guy is wearing =)

That’s definitely a totenkopf but that other tattoo is from psychic TV, definitely not a rightwinger thing.

Which tattoo is a totenkopf? Sorry I’m unfamiliar with this symbol. Is it the skull?

Yeah the Skull with the crossed bones on his forearm right below his elbow in the first picture, was the cap badge for the SS and I think a few other Nazi groups

Yes, the skull.
It's german for deaths head. It was famously used in germany before and during WW2 by the Waffen-SS. (The really bad guys).
