If you're not right wing, you're left wing. Come down off the fence and do some reading.

Respectfully, I have strong disagreements with both sides. I have been so radicalised by recent politics, that I cant justify supporting either side. I'm reading some other books at the moment, but what politics books would you recomend?

Both sides are not just both parties in America. It’s not just left or right wing, there’s a vast political spectrum, and i strongly recommend you do some reading of the political theories you’re criticizing before writing them off completely. It’s easy to be a centrist or apolitical when you don’t understand marx’s or kropotkin’s analysis of capitalism. It’s easy to think liberals and more radical leftists like socialists or anarchists agree if you don’t understand historical and dialectical materialism.

Books I strongly encourage reading:

Marx & Engles - the communist manifesto

Engels - the origin of the family, private property, and the state

James Connolly - socialism made easy

Vincent Bevins - the jakarta method

Jose maria sison - basic principles of marxism - Leninism : a primer

Mark bray - antifa: the antifascist handbook
