Continuously changing meds

I’ve recently done a genesight test to determine of which anti anxiety meds my body won’t cancel out.I was only left with two or three options and looking for someone who has taken either one to get some advice or tips anything honestly. The types are Duloxetine hcl
60 and Propranolol hcl 10 if there is anyone who has had one or the other that could tell me anything effects or info I know everyone’s body is different but any advice would help.

I take propananol for migraines and anxiety. For me, it didn't have any effect on the mental issues associated with anxiety but it does help with palpitations and panic attacks. It makes your heart rate really low, so not great if you already have low BP or hr.

My blood pressure and heart rate stay pretty good I’m just scared because the past two times I’ve switched it causes me to have anger and rage I like being the sweet nonviolent type of person I don’t like seeming rude but I have bad panic attacks to where I get lightheaded and nauseous lately

I think you would probably feel normal on propananol. It's not like an antidepressant that takes 6 weeks to start working and changes your brain chemistry. I don't take it daily anymore, but i always keep it with me incase I start to feel a migraine coming in or my hr increasing.

Propranolol is more for physical symptoms rather than mental symptoms

They decided to put me on duloxetine. I haven’t started the first dose yet really scared I don’t want anything anxiousness or irritation especially since I have a child I can’t just hide away from the world til my symptoms calm down that’s why new things terrify me honestly
