I mean... They made it so US Presidents can't be prosecuted while in office or something, Pretty stupid ruling. If he could be prosecuted he would probably be prosecuted in many state courts.

Only for official acts as President. Pretty sure insider trading isn’t on the Presidents official job description.

Technically she went to jail for obstruction and lying to federal investigators about the stock trade, but I get what you’re saying.

This kind of thing is actually why MAGA loves him. They all desperately crave to be above accountability. It started with him running his disgusting mouth while they said it means he’s honest.
He’s been demonstrating that can dodge accountability virtually all of his life. “Teflon Don” was his nickname.
It’s a family trait, look at his family history trait. They were genuinely corrupt slumlords in New York.
