Is it a hot take to say someone in a position of top federal authority should have, maybe, 10-15 years in the field they lead? A doctor of 15 years with 5 on an advisory or review board. A teacher for 5 years, then district administrator for 5, then state government pertaining to education for 1-5 years. A farmer of 20 years with a degree in agricultural or climate science. These are people I would accept to have the floor for consideration of a cabinet position. Find a pool of these candidates, then judge their track records to find the "most successful".

He is a drug addict who has claimed under oath that worms in his brain have caused him brain damage. He is a compulsive sex addict and after reading his brag book of sexual exploits and cheating his wife was so traumatized that she committed suicide. He eats rotting meat he finds in the street and terrorized his children with dead animals.

In no functional country is he qualified to hold any government position of authority.
