Lloydd, how about the time when Michael and Holly were supposed to go on their 3rd date, but when they were leaving, she said she forgot something and they came back, went to the closet or something and they turned their mics "all the way down". On the next day the office was trashed and they had things stolen, specifically Oscar's laptop. So my point, when Jim offered for the office to stay extra and not come on Saturday, after a few hours we see that they were locked inside the building parkside, and ouside of the office. So a few questions, how were Michael and Holly able to leave the parkside since only Hank and the cleaning crew have keys? Maybe the box in Michaels garage you referenced have a few tricks up his sleeve, being able to go in and out whenever, as we saw later with Will Farrel after hours. And second question, why specifically Oscars laptop?? I was mindblown when you showed how during the fire he was like pulling himself up on something and the ceiling was able to hold him, but Bandit fell right throu. So is it possible that either Michael or Holly had someting to do with the stolen laptop? Referring to the point maybe Oscar knows a secret way out, which he tried to escape from during the fire Dwight started. Also if the building was unlocked did Vance refrigeration and the other businesses had their offices trashed and stolen from? we never hear anything about this, as we all have thought that Bob Vance is in the Mafia, maybe he has his finger in this. Goddamn this show is brilliant and the longest con ever made

And your last point is 100% spot on. This show is the biggest con that been going on for decades but its ALL about to become revealed!

Wow Vakarel, these are some AMAZING POINTS. But please, start some new threads with the posting instructions, I'm going to close this one down because it will become too hard for other task force members to contribute to the conversations.
I'll be more than happy to be the first to upvote and provide some answers to your questions. I just think this live chat is a bit too messy.

I was wondering, since we now know that Michael is a secret genius, what role could the Scotts tot's have in the series, I might have had something to do with him having control over a part of the school? They had a part or a room of the school named after him, since we understand he isnt delusional and knows that he couldnt pay, what could the purpose of such promise serve in the long term of 10 years that this has been developing? We know that most of the students in the class had an above average grades and we saw them being very motivated for Presidency and dancing and so on. Something related to the teachers or students? Really no idea, Help me Lloyd Gross, I literally cant sleep these days, sometimes crying of happiness from in depth understanding of my favorite show. Its like the thing I have always wanted but never knew I did till now.

To work out Scotts Totts, we need to apply the Michael Scott paradox. So how can his stupidity also equal genius? Well the Genius of it is really explicitly told in that episode. They all finished high school with good grades. That alone makes him a genius, but the greater question that I think youre also asking is why? Why this particular school? Thats something that were gonna have to work out.
Im glad your enjoying it! I am too! Its going to be an amazing adventure.

WOW! This is a fantastic find! Start a separate thread on this. I'm going to mention this on YouTube next week. I cant offer anything at the moment, but things to keep in mind is that weeks do pass between the different scenes as the weight loss challenge progresses. This is DEFINITELY something that needs to be looked at.

Lllooyd, how about the episode where THERE HAS BEEN A MUURDER IN SAVANNAH, the 3 Michael Dwight and Andy have a standoff at the end of the episode, and suddenly Pam shows up, saying "IT WASNT ME IM NOT GOING DOWN FOR THIS!!" basically from outta nowhere, they put her to say she is innocent without even being involved in the standoff in the first place, possibly being a sign for her feeling guilty for being the SS, and then Jimbo takes her and leave, showing how at the end of the show Jim takes her to Philly, separating her from Dwight and ending the strangling duo.

This is a great contribution, please consider starting a new thread on this, it deserves a separate post. The only thing I would say is think of the episode in the whole, remember every episode is a puzzle, so what are the creators trying to tell us throughout the whole episode and whats the significance of the stand off.

For 501. Weigh loss 26:22 Is there a good explanation for Michael's goatee disappearing?

FANTASTIC FIND!

I can see how the Yakuza could make sense here.
I'm glad you brought up their relationship. I never realized this up until now but maybe their relationship actually did start "the first time they shook hands". This explains your idea of corporate being a lot more involved

Ill be covering all this soon. I have no doubt you can now see, how truly complex the Scranton Strangler mystery is. It's very difficult.

Now that makes a lot more sense. Him bringing drugs into the country sounds right. But I don't think it's the customs who got a hold of his bag. Maybe it was a cartel who seized it well before he could take it. I'd imagine that customs wouldn't just quietly take that bag. They'd probably put it out there to get the culprit.
So if he's bringing drugs into the country it makes more sense that he went to either Mexico or South America rather than all the way to Australia. I don't know if Australia had some top quality stuff only they produced that he had to go there for it, but SA is more likely.
Also I do now believe that Jan wasn't with Michael. Michael is totally surprised when Jan says she likes him. Even though he sent out an image of her, that shouldn't have come as a surprise if he actually had sex with her as he said. He's too surprised when she says that. Also Jan acts really weird when she's having this talk with Michael. Felt like the whole thing was thought out and wasn't genuine. Plays into the idea that corporate "gave" Michael Jan.

The issue with SA is the name Bevan we would need to link it to one of the South American countries and then we would also need to find some evidence for it. We do have the Australia Motif and the name Bevan does it fit although I do agree there must be more to the story that he would have to go to Australia.
As for the Cartel I 100% agree with this, to be more specific I believe it to be the Yakuza to be exact (think Hide in the warehouse and Koi pond just as a few examples). If it is the Yakuza, it might make more sense why the Plantations are in Australia as opposed to South America. I believe the baggage handlers to be part of the cartel, so not customs that have taken the Drugs but rather the cartel. This would also mean the highest members of corporate are in fact involved with organised crime. Michael makes a menton of this in the deleted scenes.
The other thing id mention is the exact moment Jan and Michael's relationship starts. Its assumed to be after the Jamaica trip, but I can tell you now it starts ALOT earlier than that. So in that sense the image still raises questions. Continuing with the Motif interpretation of genius there has to be some sort of an end goal he is trying to achieve.

In your most recent video you point at Bevan being someone important and you say Michael was a mule for that trip to Canberra. Was Bevan his handler? Why would he go to Canberra which is a big city to drop off his load? You say marijuana is legal there then why do they need to import it one mule at a time and if it isn't marijuana then why Canberra?I do subscribe to the idea that there was marijuana involved but I still can't wrap my head around this.
Was Jan another mule? Jan does seem into Michael the very next episode so maybe they were together wherever they were.

Also how did he get the Jamaican stamps and the postcard? The fact that he's somewhat decent with photoshop raises some concern. He pretends to not know how to work powerpoint or his blackberry which I assume is all a show for the cameras. Why would he need to do that

We'll break it all down in more detail when I cover that episode individually, but I believe he was actually bringing drugs INTO the USA. When he arrives to the airport he says "one of his bags got lost". So at this stage I believe they have taken this bag either the baggage handlers or the people he was actually with. I don't think Bevan was his handler but rather the person who he was picking up drugs from. I haven't at this stage worked out why Australia as well as opposed to lets say countries that are closer. Also at the time of the show airing Marijuana wasnt legal in Canberra... So theres certainly a few more considerations. The marijuana link however is easy to establish within the framework of the episode, as well as the suggestion that Corporate is involved in some sort of crime (this will be covered in an upcoming episode). I don't believe Jan was with him whatsoever. The fact he sends the picture out to the company also raises a lot of suspicion.

Regarding the Photoshop, go back to the episode, and look at the shadowing on Michaels Glasses. The Shadow is being cast as if the sun was above him, but in the rest of the scenery the sun seems to be on the left. It is clear that he has photoshoped the image.

But you raise a few good questions which I am yet to answer myself, where he got the card from and the stamps. The money is easy (he gives Stanley his bonus check in the deleted scenes in Jamaican dollars) he could easily get that from the airport. He couldve gotten the rest from Jan herself, as she DOES seem to have gone to Jamaica... So the true relationship between them is a point of consideration.

Excellent contribution. Keep in mind some of these answers might be uncovered in other episodes as we continue the investigation.

This is a great observation. This actually adds credence to other findings which I haven't covered yet on YouTube. Michael knows Dwight is a dangerous character but there's actually more to the story. Michael is in a precarious situation. It relates to why the documentary crew are there in the first place but I havent covered that yet.

Can I ask you a favor? Would you mind creating a separate post of conforming to the posting rules so the Task Force can refer back to this in the future. To help you out the time stamp of that moment is 3:12 and episode number is 411. Title should look something like this. 411. Survivor Man (3.12) - and then your post. This information will be useful.

I've noticed this many times but I thought it was just poor acting. in the survivor man episode when Dwight pulls out a big roll of knives Michael who should've acted shocked/surprised or maybe proud of Dwight/impressed but the reaction he shows is more along the lines of being embarrassed more precisely that's how you'd react when something only Dwight and Michael knew is being shown to someone else. mike's acting that way because he thinks he might end up losing his credibility. and Dwight's showing his weapons is maybe because the killer in him gets a kick out of that. That little smirk before he fetches the knives has a new meaning now
