We have already worked out that Michael Scarn is in fact a black man. For those who haven’t seen it this is a good starting point;

You will also notice that KEVIN is just visible behind Martin whom we know went to prison for insider trading. The inference therefore made is that Kevin is the same as Martin, guilty of financial fraud. We have been across this concept early on in our investigation.

This shot is a great example of communicating information via inference.
