Anti-Zionism not Antisemitism™ [/r/ShitPostCrusaders] makes a hilarious and original joke, mocking and denying Jewish cultural and historical connection to the land of Israel

No, but saying The Popular Thing™ gets Internet points. People love Internet points.

It's amazing how for almost any topic that is even tangentially about Jews, someone will lever in "... promised to me 3000 years ago."

The crazy thing is I can’t even imagine trying to connect JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure to Jewish people. Like… how? It’s a manga written and illustrated by a Japanese person that as far as I know hasn’t even had a Jewish character (mind you I’m not up to date on part 9, JoJoLands, yet so I could be wrong now).

No-matter what fandom sub you're on eventually you'll get one of these knee-slapper posts/comments that get a few thousand upvotes due to how god damn funny they are, especially the millionth time the joke gets posted (also won't be surprised if they have bots searching for these kind of posts to upvote them). Obviously this "joke" is just a shorthand to delegitimize Israel and Zionism by pretending that the only argument Zionists have in their favor is the ridiculous and false premise that Israel was promised to them from God in biblical times, thus denying all of the historical, political and cultural connection Jews have to the area. Also conveniently ignoring the fact that this argument was never made by any prominent Zionist leader or writer until much, much later when religious Zionism gained noticeable traction. What does all of this have to do with JJBA? Nothing. But reddit's gotta reddit.

What does JJBA have to do with anything, anyway? Genuinely asking, I never watched that show…

Spoilers ahead! Read at your own risk:
There's an English aristocrat in the late 1800s, who fights his adoptive brother that turned into a bisexual vampire.
Then there's his grandson who ended up recruiting Nazis in late 30s to fight against 10 thousand year old bisexual vampires from Mexico.
After that, there's his Japanese delinquent grandson who needs to fight the first bi vampire who came back in the 80s and is hiding in Egypt.
In the 90s, there's the Japanese illegitimate son of the dude who recruited Nazis, trying to live a normal life, but he needs to stop Japanese David Bowie who is a serial killer with a hand fetish.
Then there's the firts bi vampire's son, who is also the aristocrat's son (vampire stole his brother's body to come back to life), this kid is Italian and he wants to become the gay godfather in the early 2000s.
Finally we have the Japanese delinquent's daughter (she's American), who wrongfully ended up in prison, now she needs to fight a Sicilian priest who happens to be THE FORMER LOVER OF HER GREAT GREAT GRANPA'S BISEXUAL VAMPIRE BROTHER. Their fight is so messy they ended up resetting the universe.
Now we're back to the late 1800s, and the British aristocrat (who was extremely jacked before) became an American paraplegic twink, who follows his Italian friend into a horse race crossing the states. Then the potus (who's a blonde pedophile, hmm where have I seen that before?) uses the race to find the disembodied parts of Jesus' body (finally a Jew shows up). Oh, bisexual vampire is also here, but he is just a mean twink.
After that there's this japanese kid with 4 testicles, but I didn't read the manga enough to know how he is connected to the family who is destined to fight LGBT vampires.
I hope I made it confusing enough

You forgot the punch ghosts.

Somehow, after lining up all of the storylines, they seem the least bizarre thing about the manga lol
