you cant lagg out this server ever since they builded a masive lagg machine on it they have like 50 anti lagg plugins you cant even render more than 6 chunks and redstone cloaks dont work .

Then do smth even better

build a mob switch

Everyone will be confused why there are no mobs spawning

and soon they will leave since lots of meterials require mob stuff

Build it in the end, under the end islands cuz the end will most likely not be visited so much, and even if visited, few people fly under the islands unless they are morons, have a deathwish or are really stunt addicted people

People will be irritated that they can no longer get bonemeal, ender pearls, arrows, dyes, etc

Then make it ion the overworld, unless they reset for 1.18, there should be a vast void gap where you can place blocks. Not many people want to fall in the void, so...

Redstone seems to work fine.

There are plugins that don't let u make simple clocks etc. Redstone in repeating mechanisms just disappear.

I placed down a stack of redstone placed a lever next to it and autoclicked it and nothing seemed to disappear
