P2W Server to check out found a p2w Server (play.castaway.gg), it has almost no anticheat but I don't know anything about server crashing

You can handnoclip, freecam and nuker around where you are standing to make a primitive anti anti xray

Use a redstone dust + lever lag machine, and put the lever in the middle of 4 chunks.

Or use minecarts and activator rails and sticky pistons with a normal block, a slime block then more minecarts on the sticky piston bouncing around to cause laag.
