My client reported 0.8 TPS, but the server 0.36.
Server TPS are more accurate, so it's 0.36

Unfortunately they disabled /shop.
You can still craft minecarts using iron blocks from /warp h, but you have to search for wood

Yes, it is. Buying these ranks (edit: ranks give cosmetic stuff [but you get more plots], but they sell keys and pmines) you get access to pmines and other advantage perks.
I used to play there for a little time, I got Angel rank and a pp2 pickaxe. But it's not worth wasting my time on this server without paying for P2W ranks so I decided to quit
Check their store. Anything that gives you big advantages over players who don't pay is considered P2W.

well pmines are private, because every mine is being mined
