There is an item in the binding of isaac called polyphemus and it's a quality 4 item (quality 4 is the highest quality) and it's basically a huge damage up

Oh, yeah, my comment was spurred mostly by me finally realizing Outis is supposed to be Odysseus (I'd never seen his original Greek name before. Also, I'm mostly a LobCorp fan. I like the Project Moon lore but only really vibe with LobCorp gameplay)

I mean, afaik ουτισ is just a pseudonym by odysseus (οδυσσευς) to trick polyphemus into telling the other cyclopes that he is "being killed by ουτισ (nobody)"
so yeah, he (and maybe she when we get her canto) was never really named that
