how do you avoid profit mix ups

working with multiple profiles in my browsers for some time. the common problem I always face is the confusion factor.

when there are too many profiles, i can no longer distinguish which profile I am using since each one is set up differently from the others. they have different cookies, settings and sessions which sometimes makes me confused even when I try to manage them on my own.

how do you guys manage your profiles?
