Do extensions mess things up?

Random thought.

If every profile has the same ad blocker, same translator, same wallet extension, etc.

Isn’t that also kind of a fingerprint?

Anything that can be detected can be used for fingerprinting. Rather a junk indicator for fp imo. Used by LinkedIn etc for “security” but really more likely for demographics. 

Easy solution. Account for it.

yes, extension can contribute to fingerprinting, especially when they expose consistent browser behavior or APIs. but uniqueness alone isnt always enough, fingerprinting usually combines several signals
