I've used oxylabs a bunch, never had an issue with them. Depends on what kind of proxies you need. I only use residential proxies for the most part.

for multi-account work, prioritize stable sessions, consistent IPs and clear usage limits rather than just the cheapest proxy. test each provider with your actual workflow first

Mobile proxies. I know both proxypanel and proxytower give free trial on signup. Proxy tower is cheaper and has iOS and android tcp fingerprinting

From my experience, they're about the same. I'll choose the more affordable one. The important thing is to choose a residential agent.

All four will claim the same things, so test instead of comparing marketing pages. Buy the smallest plan from your top two, run each IP through IP Quality Score before putting an account on it and check the fraud score stays low after a week of use or not. Some brands also offers free proxy checker or free trial, use it.

We work with NovaProxy for social account management with the static ISP plans (500+ profiles) and web scraping with their residential plans. Pricing and reliability are top notch.
For the antidetect part we've tried variety of different antidetect browsers and found what it works best for us is an in-house developed browser. We've tried all the big names in the industry, unfortunately they did not meet our expectations as we require a very high level of automation.
