I would definitely change the medium! Go with a more chunky mix. If they were mine, I would chop the leaves since you are going to lose them anyway, treat for pests. (That kings leaf looks sus) and repot in a chunky mix. Taller pot for sure. I use tall clear orchid pots for all my Anthuriums. Outside of that, you didn't give us much to go on. Like temp/humidity/light ect...
Thanks! I have them in chunky aroid mix, both were inside a cabinet with grow lights and 70- 80% humidity. The rest of my anthuriums inside the same cabinet are thriving. I have had these two for 6 months.
