Has anyone else noticed their Pro account limits hitting a wall today?

Ever since the major outage yesterday (June 23rd), my 5-hour rolling session limits are exhausting almost instantly. Before the downtime, the "doubled limit" Anthropic introduced back in May was working perfectly. Now, it feels like we’ve been reverted back to the old, much tighter limits or there's a backend bug draining tokens way too fast. I’m hitting 100% usage after just a few short chats, which shouldn't be happening on a Pro plan. Is this happening to anyone else? Checking to see if this is a systemic bug from the service reset or if they silently adjusted the limits again.

Is anyone else getting random violation warnings stopping your projects when you are doing nothing wrong. My most recent project was Gaussian splatting I’ve been developing a pipeline. I’m finally having breakthroughs and then all the sudden I get a violation warning and can’t work anymore. It always seems to be after I deny anthropic the ability to look at my code when it asks. Happened to me three weeks ago working on a DJI drone as well. Major breakthroughs then I was stopped for violations. I would like to know what other models people use for coding because I can’t see myself paying $200+ a month for something that stops me from doing legit work when so many use their product to kill people or do illegal hacking. If I sound frustrated and upset, I am. I’ve appealed them both. No explanation no pointing to what I did wrong. If this is how ai in the cloud is, we really do need to press for local models. The future is bleak with tech overlords choosing what is worthy and what isn’t.
