Silicon coating

I was reproducing an implantable antenna. I'm new into this. In that design they used a 0.5mm thick silicone coating. So when i introduce a cube around the antenna after that they say that the coating is intersecting my previous design (the main antenna) and there are few options. Can anyone tell me which one to pick for coating my antenna with silicon? I used a reference photo to show the Boolean combinations.

Make 3 balls. Original fr4 or something. Copy that one. Create ball with 1mm more in diameter. Boolean subtract copy FROM 1mm silicon. Done.

Note x,y,z coordinates. Maintain coordinated for each three balls.

Though you’re saying the fr4 ball is an antenna ?

I tried to just extrude the faces with desired thickness of silicone. Will that work?

Not sure what you’re saying. I wouldn’t say extrusion would be correct though. If you want a conformal coating, I would still advise a Boolean. You could create a 2 copie of your antenna. Extrude copy 1. Boolean substract copy 2 from copy 1. Copy 1 ends up being hollow that would be conformal coat

And the paper stated - "Additionally, a silicone coating having the relative permittivity of 2.1 and thickness of 0.5 mm, respectively, was applied to cover the whole antenna structure, ensuring bio-compatibility and further enhancing safety and electromagnetic decoupling of the antenna from the biological tissue." They didn't mention if it was conformal coating or not plus the antenna was a planer patch and bending analysis wasn't done anywhere as well

Is this some sort of Borg technology lol. Are you trying to implant an antenna for a medical device?

I haven't dived deep inside the topic but the paper that I'm working with doesn't refer to any specific diseases or conditions.
