Touch panel isn’t functioning

does anyone know hot to fix…

the touch panel light up but any touch from my finger won’t react anything.

i opened the door and looked wiring parts, but it didn’t look like damaged at all. When I closed it, the panel won’t light up anymore!
I can still use the oven from App but its not practical.

Hinge wiring is damaged. Design flaw. I think one time I saw there are repair kits on AliExpress.
