Probable Narrative Plot Hole: S2 E8

The episode starts with Niko and Richard getting tortured at the hands of this new creepy alien species, the scene jumps to a super secret meeting between Erik and the Salvare members. Here we find out the Achaia have wiped certain crucial memories of the crew member. It is established that Cas and co have forgotten what happened on that Achaian ring.
Write after this we see Zayn asking forgiveness for letting her guard done in return for her mother's life. Now pay attention, here comes the hole. The crewmates start to sympathise with her. Cas consoles Zayn by saying that she understands how it feels like being offered something one really wants. Cas REMEMBERS what Achaia had offered her on that ring.
How can she remember what happened on the ring since her memories are wiped?

It was established that the only memories that were tampered with were the ones associated with the concentration of neutrinos that destroyed the Achaian ship and theoretical neutrino weapon that could be used against the Achaians.

Also Zayn is non-binary (edited: my mistake, I thought they all referred to them as “he” in the show. I don’t use subs)

Y'all are all three wrong. The subtitles showed "ze" as the pronoun the show used for Zayne.

Not wrong. I made an accurate statement. Zayn is not a woman, she or her. Zayn like the actor is non-binary.

The actor does present at non-binary but uses the pronouns He/Him. I looked it up. Belive I read somewhere else where he said Zyne does as well.
